1. Definitions
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The Customer shall pay for any price adjustments that may arise due to changes in current legislation.
2. Orders
Orders shall be confirmed in writing by the Hotel.
3. Advance payments
An invoice for an advance payment of 25% of the confirmed price shall be issued as soon as a booking is confirmed. Failure to pay such invoice within 30 days shall release the Hotel of its obligation to provide the services as ordered.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.
Bookings may be cancelled at no charge on the following conditions:
Reservations for 100 rooms or more
100% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 90 days before arrival.
50% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 60 days before arrival.
10% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 30 days before arrival.
Reservations for 41-99 rooms
100% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 60 days before arrival.
50% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 30 days before arrival.
10% of original reservation cost may be cancelled no less than 14 days before arrival.
